What condition does the tank need to be in? +

Unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with tags attached, the hygiene seal intact where applicable, and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

When do the 30 days start? +

On the day your order is delivered.

How long does the refund take? +

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and check your return. Your bank may need a little longer to show it.

Can I return a Final Sale or bundle item? +

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Bundle refunds are based on the amount you actually paid for the returned items, and a free gift may need to come back with the qualifying product.

Can I cancel my order? +

Yes, within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not already been packed or shipped.

My tracking says delivered but nothing arrived. +

Check around your delivery spot and with neighbours first. If it still has not turned up after 48 hours, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
